I ordered an alphabet bead set from *** ****** [Name deleted to avoid embarrassing them!] at the beginning of September... Unfortunately, my order was backordered and backordered and I was NEVER able to get through to them on the phone to check the status of the order. Finally, after waiting 20 minutes on hold, I did get through to someone who told me that not only were the beads unavailable with no estimated date of arrival from the manufacturer, but I was not even in the first "batch" of people who were going to receive an order! I promptly cancelled my order and searched for a new source. I was intrigued by your name and your website was fun and easy to navigate. When I called to talk to someone I left my number and my call was returned in an hour or two by a very friendly, informative woman who politely told me it would be best to place an order on-line rather than over the phone. I doubted the efficiency of this, but went along with it. That was Thursday night. Imagine my shock when I received my order today (MONDAY!!!). Everything was perfect...I am a loyal customer now and have recommended you to a fellow beadaholic. Thanks for doing such a great job!
